Vampire Power

so i have been seeing all these articles in the news about "vampire power"...and no thats not where you can have the power of a vampire. its about electrical devices that use power even when they are supposedly "off." i could only think of a few things that do such a thing. what are some more?

lcd tv - maybe all tv's but i dont know
cable/satellite box
computer
appliances - but the fridge has to be on for obvious reasons

i think cell phone chargers suck power also

i think my toaster does, b/c there is a red light on the knob that is on when not in use

i read somewhere, that some company has a product that will effectively "turn off" your whole house
