So, are you still using plastic bags or have you switched to paper or the reusable canvas bags that a lot of places are now offering?

I have been purchasing the canvas bags, which are usually $1 per bag, one per visit and now I have enough bags to usually cover my whole shopping trip.

I am using mostly canvas and paper. There are a few stores that only offer plastic.

i try to get paper when i can, but i havent gotten around to getting those canvas bags so i can just reuse them.

Wash those reusable canvas bags often as bacteria grows in them and can poison your food.

Yes, washing the reusable bags is very important for ones continued good health. I have switched to reusable bags and on those times when I use plastic bags,I find alternative uses for them or else I recycle them at the grocery store.
