When I created The Modern Green, it wasn’t just to showcase beautiful destinations. It was to build a movement. A reminder that as Black travelers, we don’t just go places—we shift energy, influence culture, and stimulate economies. We are not outsiders in this world. We are a global presence.
Every time we step into a new country or engage a new culture, it is an affirmation:We are here. We are welcome. We are the culture.
